Edge

I saw miracle outlines in a white and silver light
a diamond winged butterfly resting against a wall of graffiti, the accidental hieroglyphics
I moved on, looked along the edge of a long run-off channel in a deforested area, a striped spider gummed gadfly carcases
this was the new beginning
