Miracle –

I dug up a miracle, put it in my car, it was only dead for ten minutes
It told me truths, I heard them strangely though
I drove on, hours, long drive, I stopped
The miracle got out, I got out, we stood still for an hour together, then the miracle walked away from me, kept walking away, onto the low-tide sands until it met seawater to walk on
I watched the miracle walk out to sea and not back again
